Aerial Yoga Classes in Tempe

Stretch, strengthen, and decompress with supportive aerial yoga classes designed to help you move with more ease, confidence, and connection.

A New Way to Stretch, Strengthen, and Let Go

Aerial yoga uses a soft fabric hammock to support your body as you move, stretch, balance, and explore new shapes in the air.

At Be 1 Fitness, aerial yoga is designed to feel approachable, calming, and supportive. The hammock helps you move in ways that may feel different from a traditional yoga or fitness class, giving you more space to build strength, mobility, flexibility, and body awareness.

You do not need aerial experience to begin. Our instructors guide you step by step so you can feel safe, supported, and comfortable as you learn.
