Bungee fitness uses a supportive harness and bungee system to help you move, jump, lunge, float, and fly through class.

At Be 1 Fitness, bungee fitness is designed to feel fun, energizing, and approachable. The bungee helps support your body while adding resistance and movement, creating a workout that challenges your strength, balance, cardio, and core.

You do not need bungee experience to begin. Our instructors will help you get fitted, explain the equipment, and guide you through class step by step.

Bungee Fitness Classes

Our bungee fitness classes are designed to help you move in a way that feels exciting, supported, and completely different from a traditional workout. Some classes may focus more on cardio and conditioning, while others may include choreography, flow, or beginner-friendly movement patterns.

  • Intro to Bungee Fitness

    Best for: First-time students or anyone new to bungee fitness.

    What you’ll work on: Harness setup, bungee basics, supported movement, balance, coordination, beginner-friendly cardio, and simple movement patterns.

    Experience needed: None.

    What to know: This is the best place to begin if you are new to bungee fitness. Your instructor will help you get comfortable in the harness, understand how the bungee supports your movement, and build confidence before moving into faster-paced classes.

  • Bungee Fitness

    Best for: Students who want a fun, high-energy workout that is challenging but supportive.

    What you’ll work on: Low-impact cardio, resistance-based movement, core engagement, balance, jumps, lunges, flying movements, and full-body conditioning.

    Experience needed: Beginner-friendly. Intro to Bungee may be helpful if you are brand new.

    What to know: Bungee Fit gives you a strong workout while helping reduce impact on the joints. The bungee supports your body as you move, making the class feel playful, athletic, and energizing.

  • Bungee Flow

    Best for: Students who want to connect bungee movement with rhythm, flow, and coordination.

    What you’ll work on: Choreography-inspired movement, transitions, balance, timing, core control, and smooth movement patterns using the bungee.

    Experience needed: Some bungee experience may be helpful.

    What to know: Bungee Flow adds a more movement-based feel to the workout. This class is a great option if you enjoy music, coordination, and learning sequences that feel fun and fluid.
