It is about helping your body feel more open, supported, and capable in the way it moves.At Be 1 Fitness, our flexibility classes are designed to help you build mobility, strength, control, and body awareness over time. Some classes may focus on splits, backbends, active flexibility, or floor-based movement, while others are designed to support your pole, aerial, dance, or bungee practice.
You do not need to be flexible to begin. Our instructors will guide you through movements and modifications that meet you where you are.
Flexibility Classes
Our flexibility classes are designed for all levels, from students who feel stiff and want a place to start to experienced movers working toward more specific goals.

Bendy Body
Best for: Students who want a full-body flexibility class that feels approachable and supportive.
What you’ll work on: Mobility, active flexibility, stretching technique, body awareness, and controlled range of motion.
Experience needed: None.
What to know: This is a great place to begin if you want to improve flexibility without feeling overwhelmed. Your instructor will guide you through movements designed to help your body feel more open, strong, and supported.

Splits Flexibility
Best for: Students who want to work toward front splits, middle splits, or greater lower-body flexibility.
What you’ll work on: Hip mobility, hamstring flexibility, quad and hip flexor opening, active flexibility, and strength-based stretching.
Experience needed: Beginner-friendly. No splits experience needed.
What to know: You do not need to be close to the splits to take this class. Splits Flexibility helps you build the strength, control, and range of motion that support safer, more sustainable progress over time.

Backbends and Mobility
Best for: Students who want to improve spine, shoulder, and front-body mobility.
What you’ll work on: Shoulder mobility, spinal extension, core support, hip flexor opening, backbend preparation, and active flexibility.
Experience needed: Beginner-friendly, though some flexibility experience may be helpful.
What to know: This class focuses on building backbend foundations with control and support. You will work on mobility and strength together so your movement feels safer, steadier, and more connected.

Best for: Students who want to build usable flexibility with more strength and control.
What you’ll work on: Active range of motion, strength-based stretching, mobility drills, end-range control, balance, and movement awareness.
Experience needed: Beginner-friendly.
What to know: Active Flexibility helps you build flexibility you can actually use. This class is especially helpful for students who want to support their pole, aerial, bungee, or dance practice.

Wear comfortable clothing you can stretch and move in. Leggings, fitted shorts, fitted tops, or layers are all welcome. Fitted clothing can be helpful so your instructor can see alignment and offer guidance when needed.
