Flexibility Classes in Tempe

Improve mobility, active flexibility, range of motion, and body control through supportive classes designed to help you move with more ease.

Move Better, Stretch Smarter, Feel More at Home in Your Body

Flexibility is not just about being able to touch your toes. It is about helping your body feel more open, supported, and capable in the way it moves.

At Be 1 Fitness, our flexibility classes are designed to help you build mobility, strength, control, and body awareness over time. Some classes may focus on splits, backbends, active flexibility, or floor-based movement, while others are designed to support your pole, aerial, dance, or bungee practice.

You do not need to be flexible to begin. Our instructors will guide you through movements and modifications that meet you where you are.
