Dance AND CONDITIONING at Be 1 Fitness is about feeling more connected to your body, your movement, and your confidence.Our classes blend choreography, floorwork, strength, flexibility, and expressive movement in a way that feels fun, approachable, and supportive. Some classes are slower and more sensual, while others are higher-energy and cardio-focused.
You do not need dance or fitness experience to begin. Our instructors will guide you step by step so you can move at your own pace and find the class style that feels right for you.

Our classes offer a range of styles and intensity levels. Some focus on choreography and musicality, while others are designed to build strength, body awareness, flexibility, and confidence through movement.

Floorwork Level 1
Best for: Students who want to explore floor-based movement in an approachable, beginner-friendly way.
What you’ll work on: Floorwork basics, transitions, body awareness, confidence, musicality, and movement quality.
Experience needed: None. Must meet age requirements if listed on the schedule.
What to know: This class is designed to help you feel more comfortable moving on the floor with control and confidence. Heels are optional, knee pads are highly recommended.

Floorwork Level 2
Best for: Students who feel comfortable with floorwork basics and are ready to build on their movement skills.
What you’ll work on: More detailed transitions, musicality, floor-based choreography, body control, and expressive movement.
Experience needed: Floorwork Level 1 or equivalent experience is recommended. Must meet age requirements if listed on the schedule.
What to know: Floorwork Level 2 adds more complexity while helping you move with more fluidity, confidence, and control. Heels are optional, knee pads are highly recommended.

What to Wear to Dance & Conditioning Class
Wear comfortable clothing you can move in and feel good in.Depending on the class, heels, knee pads, leg warmers, socks, or indoor running shoes may be recommended. For Pilates or Strength Training classes, supportive athletic shoes and workout clothes you can move freely in are a great choice.
For floorwork or choreography classes, fitted clothing can be helpful so you can move freely and stay aware of your alignment. Please review the class description before booking for any specific recommendations.
