Whether you are brand new or ready for your next challenge, our instructors guide you step by step so each class feels clear, achievable, and fun.
You do not need upper body strength, flexibility, or dance experience to begin. You just need a place to start.
Beginner Pole Classes
Our beginner pole classes help you learn the foundations in a safe, supportive, and approachable way. You will build strength, body awareness, and confidence while learning how to move on and around the pole.

Intro to Pole
Best for: First-time students or anyone curious about pole fitness.
What you’ll work on: Basic pole foundations, beginner-friendly movement, simple spins, grip, transitions, and a short routine that helps you put everything together.
Experience needed: None.
What to know: This is the best place to begin if you are new to pole. Class is designed to help you feel comfortable, supported, and ready to continue into beginner-level classes.

Pole 101
Best for: Students who are ready to build a strong pole foundation.
What you’ll work on: Basic technique, safety, shoulder engagement, wrist alignment, beginner spins, body awareness, and strength-building skills for the upper body and core.
Experience needed: Intro to Pole is recommended before starting Pole 101.
What to know: Pole 101 helps you build the foundation for future levels. You will learn how to move with more awareness, strength, and comfort on the pole.

Best for: Students who have learned the basics and are ready to connect movements with more control.
What you’ll work on: Beginner-level combinations, transitions, conditioning, movement flow, and simple routines that help you connect skills together.
Experience needed: Completion of Pole 101 or equivalent experience is recommended.
What to know: Pole 202 helps you take the skills you learned in Pole 101 and begin turning them into stronger, smoother sequences.

What you’ll work on: Musicality, transitions, flow, movement quality, and choreography using both spin and static pole.

Intermediate Pole Classes
Intermediate pole classes are for students who feel confident with beginner foundations and are ready to explore more technical movement, combinations, and strength-based skills.

Best for: Students who are comfortable with beginner pole skills and ready to explore introductory inversions.
What you’ll work on: Introductory inversions, spin pole foundations, conditioning, stronger transitions, and more challenging pole combinations.
Experience needed: Completion of Pole 101 and Pole 202 or instructor approval is recommended.
What to know: Pole 303 is a meaningful step forward in your pole practice. You will continue building strength and control while learning how to safely progress into more technical skills.

Best for: Students who want to connect pole movements into choreography.
What you’ll work on: Musicality, transitions, flow, movement quality, and choreography using both spin and static pole.
Experience needed: Completion of Pole 101 or equivalent experience is recommended.
What to know: This class is a great option for students who want to feel more fluid, expressive, and confident moving on and around the pole.

Best for: Students who are confident with foundational inversions and ready to learn more shapes and poses upside down.
What you’ll work on: Inverted shapes, controlled transitions, spin pole skills, strength-based movement, and technical refinement.
Experience needed: Comfort with controlled inversions and completion of Pole 303 or instructor approval is recommended.
What to know: Pole 404 is a noticeable step up in difficulty. It is normal to repeat this level while building the strength, control, and confidence needed to master the skills.
Advanced Pole Classes
Advanced pole classes are designed for experienced students who are ready for higher-level tricks, inversions, combinations, and strength-based movement. These classes focus on control, technique, progression, and continued conditioning.

Best for: Advanced students ready for more acrobatic pole skills.
What you’ll work on: Static pole tricks, advanced transitions, strength-based combinations, conditioning, and higher-level movement patterns.
Experience needed: Completion of Pole 404 or instructor approval is recommended.
What to know: Pole 505 places more focus on strength, precision, and control. This level is designed to help experienced students continue progressing safely.

Experience needed: Intermediate pole experience is required. Instructor approval may be needed.
What to know: Pole Lab is a great way to focus on specific skills, receive additional guidance, and explore movement that may not be part of the standard class progression.

Experience needed: Strong advanced pole foundations are required. Instructor approval may be needed.
What to know: Advanced Pole Lab is one of the most challenging pole offerings and is best suited for students with consistent training experience.

These classes explore confidence, musicality, flow, and expressive movement through pole-based choreography. Classes may include floorwork, transitions, heels technique, and sensual movement in a supportive space where students can move with more comfort, control, and self-trust.

Best for: Students who are new to sensual pole and want a low-pressure introduction to flow, floorwork, and movement basics.
What you'll work on: Basic sensual movement foundations, simple transitions, floor connection, musicality, and confidence-building movement.
Experience needed: None. Some pole experience is helpful but not required.
What to know: Intro to Sensual Pole is the best place to start if you're new to this style. It'll help you get comfortable with the basics before moving into Sensual Pole Level 1. -
Sensual Pole Level 1
Best for: Students who want to explore pole movement with more flow, confidence, and expression.
What you’ll work on: Basic sensual movement, floorwork, transitions, simple choreography, musicality, and confidence-building movement.
Experience needed: Intro to Sensual Pole is recommended. Some Pole 101 experience is also helpful.
What to know: This class is designed to feel fun, supportive, and approachable. Heels are welcome, and knee pads or leg warmers may be helpful for floorwork.

Best for: Students who feel comfortable in Level 1 and are ready for longer routines and more detailed movement.
What you’ll work on: Longer choreography, spins, floorwork, transitions, heels technique, and expressive movement.

What you’ll work on: Spin pole choreography, aerial movement, transitions, flow, and advanced combinations.
Experience needed: Comfort with climbs, basic inverts, and advanced pole foundations is recommended.
What to know: This class focuses more on spin pole and aerial movement than low flow. Instructor approval may be required. Heels welcome.
Pole Conditioning
Pole Conditioning helps students build the strength, control, and endurance that support pole movement.This class includes conditioning exercises on and off the pole, with options for newer students and more advanced polers.

Pole Conditioning
Best for: Students of all levels who want to build strength for pole.
What you’ll work on: Core strength, upper body strength, grip, active flexibility, pole-specific conditioning, and movement control.
Experience needed: None. You do not need to be taking pole classes to join.
What to know: Options are provided for different levels. If you are an intermediate or advanced pole student working on inversions, shorts may be helpful. Otherwise, any comfortable workout bottoms are fine.

Wear comfortable, fitted clothing you can move in. Shorts may be recommended so your skin can safely grip the pole, depending on the class. Avoid lotion, oils, or heavy moisturizers before class, as they can make the pole slippery.
